The production of original and creative material of high aesthetics, utilizing all modern media and platforms of digital projection and communication, aims to enhance the tourist image of Syros, to promote and capture its unique features and special aesthetics.
In this context, a travel video of duration 1.24 ‘was created, where all those special elements of the island that make it unique are presented, while the modern cinematic look and approach captures the classy aesthetics that characterize the destination.
The title of the video “The classy capital of the Cyclades” wants to present a destination that through its history, the unique sights of Ermoupolis, the picturesque alleys of Ano Syros, the beautiful beaches, the traditional villages and its fine local products , which exude the “aristocratic” character and the aura of the island, make it stand out.
In addition, a travel article “8 Highlights to light up your holiday on Syros” was written, which was published on Discovergreece.com in 8 languages and is enriched with photographic material and the new video, presenting the most emblematic features of Syros, as well as and a collection of 24 high resolution photos.
At the same time, the digital material that was created, displayed and promoted through the Discovergreece.com platform (on its home and internal pages), as well as Social Media. Respectively, all the above communication material was utilized by the digital media of the Municipality of Syros-Ermoupolis.
The communication promotion of Syros is in full swing, presenting a special impact and is expected to be completed at the end of September.
In terms of video viewing, it is worth noting that to date it has appeared to a total of more than 1,260,000 users, scoring more than 360,000 views and more than 95,000 engagement.
